I found the hotel staff to be professional. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, including fresh pastries and fruits. I appreciated the hotel's central location as it provided easy access to both the metro and tram lines. Hygiene standards were also well maintained throughout my visit.

I noticed the pillows were a little too soft for my personal liking.

My room, a suite, included a separate sitting area. Shower water pressure was MAGNIFICENT. It really woke me up.

Housekeeping seemed to only shake out the duvet. The room needed a deeper clean.

The location was really convenient. It provided easy access to public transport. The breakfast offered a good variety. I found the staff to be polite and helpful with directions.

The gym required an extra fee for use. I found that surprising for a hotel of this category. My room lacked coffee or tea making facilities (I really wanted a morning cuppa!). Housekeeping only made the beds.

The location is really good. The tram stop is right outside the door. The breakfast was tasty. It included a good selection of items. The reception staff proved kind and always available.

The gym requires an extra fee, I think this is a bit much.
